How It Works
Four ways in. Honest prices.
No lock-in.
A sequence, not a funnel. Every engagement has a fixed shape and a price you see before I start. Each one earns the next, or we part as friends.
The Discipline
Diagnose before prescribing
Every business owner I know is being pitched AI right now. Chatbots, agents, automation platforms. Usually by someone who starts with the tool and goes hunting for a problem to justify it. Business Reframing™ works the other direction: I start with how your business actually runs and prescribe the smallest fix that solves the real problem.
Sometimes that fix is AI. Sometimes it's a plain workflow, your POS, email, and spreadsheets finally talking to each other. Sometimes it's a one-page SOP that costs nothing. You get the honest prescription either way, because everything I ship has to pay for itself.
Below is how engagements work. Four steps, fixed shapes, prices in the open. Each one earns the next. Nobody gets pitched a retainer on a first call, and nobody has to commit past the step they're on. Start at the beginning, keep going if it's working, stop whenever you want.
$60K
ad-platform mistake caught; the monitor was built in 24 hours
$112M
lifetime revenue for one client brand, startup to scale
25 yrs
online advertising, marketing, and analytics
The receipts live on the Work page. Read those first if you're the skeptical type. (Good. You should be.)
How Engagements Work
All four, in full
Everything you'd want to know before a first conversation, including what each one costs.
Reframe Core Setup Session
$250
one hour, flat
We stand up your own Reframe Core live on the call. A private AI operations hub for your business, running before we hang up. You keep it either way.
This is the front door. One hour, one screen share, $250. I stand up your Reframe Core: a private AI workspace that runs on your own computer, not my servers, and answers to you. Concretely: it can draft your customer emails in your voice, answer questions like "how did last month compare to the month before," and turn a report somebody rebuilds by hand into something that builds itself. Nothing touches your systems or your data without your say-so.
By the end of the hour you have a working tool, and something more useful: an honest read on whether AI belongs in your operation at all. Some owners leave the call with a to-do list for me. Some leave with a to-do list for themselves and no reason to spend another dollar. Both are good outcomes, and I'll tell you which one you are.
You walk away with
- A working Reframe Core, installed on your machine, yours to keep
- A first map of where your hours and dollars actually go
- A straight answer on whether AI is worth pursuing for your operation
- The fee pays for the live hour, not a promised outcome. Non-refundable, but it credits toward a Business Reframe if you go further.
The Business Reframe™
$500 – $2,500
scoped to the decision
A full diagnostic on one real business decision or bottleneck. Multi-angle, fact-checked, delivered as a briefing you can act on without us.
Pick the thing that eats your week. Lead follow-up that goes cold before anyone answers. Scheduling spread across three systems. The report somebody rebuilds by hand every Monday. I take that one decision or bottleneck and pull it apart from every angle: how it works today, what it's really costing you, what your options are, and what I would do sitting in your seat.
The deliverable is a written briefing, not a slide deck. Every claim is checked, every recommendation is priced, and every fix is labeled honestly: AI, workflow, or SOP. It's built so you can hand it to your team and act on it without ever hiring me again. Most people don't stop there, but the point is that you could. Price scales with the size of the decision, agreed before I start, and your $250 setup session credits toward it.
You walk away with
- A written verdict on the bottleneck you picked
- Fixes ranked by return, each priced and labeled: AI, workflow, or SOP
- A just-as-clear list of what to skip and why
- Something you can act on with me, or entirely without me
First Project
$2,500 – $10,000
fixed scope, fixed price
We build one item from your Reframe end to end. Scoped, shipped, documented, and handed over. You own everything.
The Reframe produces a shortlist. We pick the highest-return item together and I build exactly that. Fixed scope, fixed price, agreed in writing before work starts. No discovery-phase invoices, no open-ended engagement, no surprise change orders. If the scope needs to move, we re-agree it in the open first.
I build it, document it, and hand your team the keys. Documentation is held to the stranger test: a competent operator with zero context about the project can run the system end to end. If your team can't run it without me, it's not finished. Code, accounts, credentials, docs. All of it is yours on delivery.
You walk away with
- One workflow built end to end, live in your operation
- Documentation a stranger could run it from
- Full ownership: code, accounts, credentials, docs
- A working relationship you can judge before anything ongoing
The Living Reframe
from $3,000/mo
monthly retainer
An operator partner on retainer. We keep diagnosing, keep shipping, and your systems compound month over month.
For businesses that want the Reframe running continuously. I stay inside your operation, watch the numbers, catch problems while they're still cheap, and ship an improvement every month. Your systems compound instead of decaying, and your stack gets simpler over time, not messier.
One thing I hold to: retainers only follow shipped work. I don't start relationships here, we graduate into them. By the time a retainer makes sense, you already know exactly how I work, what I deliver, and what it's like to hand me a problem. That's the only honest way to sell one.
You walk away with
- An operator partner who already knows your business
- Something shipped every month, not a monthly status call
- Problems caught early, while they cost little to fix
- Systems that compound month over month
Every Engagement
What's always included
Rules of the house, at every price point.
Everything I build is yours. Code, docs, accounts, all of it.
Documentation comes standard. The stranger test: a competent operator with none of my context can run it.
Security, ethics, and privacy designed in at the drawing board. Every engagement, every build.
Straight answers. If the honest fix is a $0 checklist instead of a $10K build, that is what I tell you.
The Three Cornerstones
How I keep it safe
Three lenses every proposal passes through before it's done.
Security
We lock the doors before we move anything in.
Ethics
Technology that treats your customers the way you would.
Privacy
Your customers' data is yours, and theirs. Never ours.
Not sure which one is yours?
Start with a conversation. A free 30-minute intro call, no charge, no pitch. And when you're ready, the $250 hour is the fastest way to find out what I'm like to work with. You keep the tool either way, and the $250 credits toward a Business Reframe if you go further.
